    鋁箔納米散熱片概述:

       LMS系列納米碳鋁箔散熱片是具有高導(dǎo)熱性和高的靈活性;和納米碳銅箔一樣采用納米碳材料均勻涂布于鋁金屬基材,由高導(dǎo)熱效能進(jìn)行熱傳導(dǎo),再藉由碳原子高熱輻射 效 能,將熱能轉(zhuǎn)換為紅外線射頻,傳遞散熱效能。具有高導(dǎo)熱性和熱輻射效率高。更改熱紅外射頻,通信冷卻效率。但鋁箔比銅箔成本更低。 目前市場上采用的 手機導(dǎo)熱膜都是石墨導(dǎo)熱膜,但是天然石墨導(dǎo)熱膜散熱效果一般,人工合成石墨膜的成本又高且不易裁切成本高。 納米碳和石墨是同素異構(gòu)體,散熱原理差不多, 一般天然石墨的散熱功率在400左右,人工石墨在1500,納米碳的散熱功率在1000-6000.散熱還是 非常有效果的。同時納米碳散熱膜做出來已經(jīng) 是成品了,加工只用開模,沖切就可以,加工過程很簡單,費用低。

       LMS納米碳鋁箔散熱片,它是由鋁和稀土元素組合而成,總共有三層:熱輻射層,鋁合金層,導(dǎo)熱膠層; 良好的柔韌性,易加工性;EMI電磁屏蔽和吸收,以保護(hù)敏感 的電子零件;符合RoHS標(biāo)準(zhǔn),UL94V0可燃性額定;溫度性能> 100°C;可模切成定制的形狀;超強輻射散熱,超薄,環(huán)保,上下均絕緣。成 本相對于人工石墨有很大的優(yōu)勢,而且不需要包邊處理,可大幅下降施工成本。有 效的減少材料的損耗,同時因為我們對熱輻射層的樹脂做過處理,使其有無數(shù)個 小而均勻的山丘狀突起面,能夠有效的增大熱輻射交換面積,更好的達(dá)成散熱效果、、、
