氧化鋁耐磨陶瓷復合管件：包括各種管徑的直管、彎管、彎頭、變徑大小頭，方圓過渡短節等；是利用陶瓷-金屬復合制作技術原理，通過粘接、焊接、鑲嵌、鉚接及套接技術，將各種耐磨陶瓷片、板、磚材料復合在管件內磨損表面，從而形成一個具有優異耐磨性能的表層，而基體仍采用普通金屬材料的復合管件。與傳統的全金屬的合金管件相比，工作面耐磨性更高，可以使管件的整體耐磨防腐使用壽命提高幾倍到幾十倍以上。整體重量大副下降，減少鋼材用量，降低了裝置造價與維護檢修費用，提高經濟效益。所有產品均采用美國 標準ASME、ANSI、德國標準DIN、日本標準JIS、國內GB/T、SH、HG、JB等標準生產，非標產品均可按用戶提供的技術圖紙資料加工生產。 

耐磨性好：耐磨陶瓷彎管的內襯陶瓷層為耐磨工程陶瓷，其硬度（HRA）≥84，其耐磨性能是高鉻耐磨鑄鐵合金管件的10倍以上。采用5mm厚陶瓷層，其實際耐磨使用壽命將相當于50mm厚耐磨鑄鋼。

耐腐蝕：選用不同的耐磨陶瓷材料，對不同的腐蝕介質具有優異的防腐性能，耐酸、堿、鹽等強腐蝕介質和鹵鹽腐蝕的特性。

耐高溫性能好：耐磨陶瓷本身具有耐1200攝氏度以上的高溫能力，通過合理設計和采用不同的復合方式，耐磨陶瓷管件可以在－50℃至800℃濕度范圍內長期運行，特別適合于高溫燃燒器等設備內襯。

降低工程造價：耐磨陶瓷管件主要用于輸送帶顆粒的液固兩相流物質以及腐蝕性介質，用于替代價格昂貴的不銹鋼管、高鉻鑄鋼管、硬質合金耐磨管，可直接降低工程造價，同時延長使用壽命。產品性價比高，可節省檢修、更換材料的費用和時間。
